Purpose and scope
This policy explains how TechSpokes collects, reviews, and acts on feedback about techspokes.com and its published content. It applies to blog posts, technical guides, feature documentation, and policy pages.
What we welcome
We invite feedback about:
- accuracy concerns or missing context in published content
- system behavior that does not match what we describe
- broken links, usability problems, or accessibility barriers
- suggestions to improve guides or documentation
How to submit feedback
Use our contact page. For technical support issues related to client services, use the support portal instead.
What to include
Useful feedback includes:
- the page URL or the specific section involved
- what you expected versus what you found
- the exact text or steps involved, where relevant
- sources or screenshots if available
How we handle your feedback
We follow a three-step process: acknowledge receipt, investigate the concern, and resolve with a response.
Feedback about system behavior descriptions, booking mechanics, or performance claims is treated as urgent and reviewed promptly. Standard feedback receives an acknowledgement within one business day and a resolution within five business days where feasible.
Possible outcomes
Depending on the feedback, we may update the content with new information, apply a correction with a note (see our Corrections Policy), add a clarification, or explain why we are not making a change and why.
Non-retaliation
Good-faith feedback is welcomed regardless of its conclusion. We do not retaliate against anyone who submits a report or raises a concern.
Privacy
Personal data submitted through the feedback process is handled under our Privacy Policy and used only to investigate and respond to the report.
Appeals
If you disagree with our response, reply to our confirmation or resubmit via the contact page and mark it as an appeal. Appeals are routed to a reviewer who was not involved in the original decision.
