  • AI moderation logs: 30 days
  • Analytics data: 36 months
  • Orders, payments, and invoices: Retained without expiry for business, tax, and legal compliance
  • Customer communications (emails, inquiries, support): Retained without expiry to maintain service records
  • Marketing and CRM records: Retained until you opt out or request deletion

8. Your Rights

8.1 GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)

You may: access, correct, delete, restrict, object, request portability, withdraw consent, and lodge complaints with a supervisory authority.

8.2 CCPA (California Residents)

You may: request access, request deletion, opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell Personal Information), and exercise rights without discrimination.

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect such data. If discovered, it is deleted.
