AI moderation logs: 30 days
Analytics data: 36 months
Orders, payments, and invoices: Retained without expiry for business, tax, and legal compliance
Customer communications (emails, inquiries, support): Retained without expiry to maintain service records
Marketing and CRM records: Retained until you opt out or request deletion

8. Your Rights

You may: access, correct, delete, restrict, object, request portability, withdraw consent, and lodge complaints with a supervisory authority.

8.2 CCPA (California Residents)

You may: request access, request deletion, opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell Personal Information), and exercise rights without discrimination.
